RSDH offers some spots for working students, the working student prgram is a great chance for young horse people from all over the world to work in a small team and learn all the ins and outs of the horse bussiness. 

They learn about everything about managing horses and the team and also they get a chance to ride daily one or more horses, all under the helping eye from Ron, he will help with training. This way we prepare you as best as possible for a career in the horse bussiness.

We have 3 semi apartments with a own bed- and bathroom in the main house where the working students live in.
